Delivery within the UAE

Delivery within the UAE is free of charge. Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Local delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.

International shipping

International shipping is available at an additional cost. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed after purchase, depending on destination. If you don't see your country, contact me and I'll let you know what's possible. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging and handling

All pieces are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Due to the handmade nature of the work, extra care is taken when preparing each order.

Delivery responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, Aesthii is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Local pickup

Local pickup within Abu Dhabi may be available upon request. Please contact me before placing your order to arrange details.

Returns & Refunds

Each Aesthii piece is handmade in small batches, and most items are one of a kind. For this reason, all sales are considered final. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, I will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Please note

Natural variations in form, texture, glaze, or colour are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. Minor imperfections are inherent to the nature of handcrafted ceramics and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

I take great care in packaging all items securely. Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out. I'm always happy to help.
